Attorney Wilson is a graduate of Temple University School of Law where he interned as a clerk for Pennsylvania Superior Court Judge John T. J. Kelly, Jr., and was appointed as a Mediator for the Philadelphia Municipal Court.  Previous to attending Temple Law School, he received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Franklin & Marshall College.

Following law school, Attorney Wilson was hired as an associate for the Philadelphia law firm of Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin, in the firm's Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Department.  As an associate for Marshall Dennehey, Richard concentrated his practice in the legal analysis of insurance and reinsurance issues and the defense of insurance companies against claims asserted in statutory and common law bad faith litigation.  He has experience in a variety of coverage areas including general liability, homeowners, directors & officers, automobile liability and first-party matters.

In March of 2004, Attorney Wilson relocated to Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, and became a partner at the law firm of Henry Corcelius.  Richard's practice is primarily devoted to personal injury and malpractice litigation, civil litigation, commercial litigation, business law, insurance coverage, D.U.I. defense, eminent domain, condemnation, divorce, family law, estate planning and elder care matters.

Attorney Wilson is admitted to practice law in the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States District Court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court of the Middle District of Pennsylvania.  He has argued before the Pennsylvania Superior Court and the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania.  He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Huntingdon County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
